Real Love Podcasts
I am so drawn to the real and the raw stories about love. A romantic relationship with a life-long partner looks nothing like what I saw in Disney and Hollywood stories growing up. We all want to hear that everything will turn out great and that life is sunrises and waves crashing on the beach. Sure, it is some of that. But love and relationship have a lot of turmoil and hurt nestled right deep inside of the love. It is not separate from love, it is part of love.
I’m so happy that our media has come a long way since I was a kid. If you want to find real and honest love stories, you might have to search hard, but they can be found. So here are 3 incredible options for podcasts about authentic love and all the complex nuances of choosing to reconnect in relationship over and over and over again.

I’m sharing this podcast recommendation because along with the crazy stories they talk about they are constantly talking about self awareness, self love, and most importantly mental health and getting help for your own well being. So the Podcast is "My Favorite Murder". Yes, they talk about murders that have happened, past ones, old ones, usually famous ones. It’s two ladies talking about it and they are funny too. It’s crazy but good. Very good.
