{My Vision: why I am a photographer}

I am passionate about people and relationships. I believe everyone was created uniquely because they have
something unique to offer. There is value in every person and it is discovered through relationship.
My passion is to not only use photography as a tool to view those connections, but to also use it
as a tool to help people connect on deeper levels with each other; to help them realize the value in who they are
and what they mean to others; to give them images that they can look at for years to come,
reminding them of the love and joy they have in relationship with other people.

Photographs are often used for memory’s sake. Photographs have immense power because a person can look
at a photograph and be instantly overwhelmed by the emotion they felt at the time that image was taken.
I am not interested in just creating pretty pictures that simulate these meaningful experiences;
I am interested in actually facilitating meaningful experiences with people and taking the photographs that they can
look at any point in the future and instantly transport themselves back to that moment and that emotion of love or joy or connection.

Thus, during my photoshoots, I invite you to participate in playful games with each other -
games of memory, games of child-like joy, games of connection. We will create new memories together,
have a ridiculous amount of fun, and capture beautiful images of love and joy.
