Hannah got a tattoo! Isn't it lovely?! The colors are so brilliant and juicy.

I never used to see tattooing as an art form, but I realized that's because I have seen a lot of very bad tattoos.
However, the skin as a canvas is such an interesting thing to think about. The person becomes the living, breathing, walking canvas of artwork.
I am a big fan of the visual arts (obviously) - but I found myself loving how these birds looked on the skin even more than I did on paper.
Like the tattoo artist, Ariel, said herself: you know it's a good tattoo when you get jealous and want it yourself!
